ZEUS Limousine Terms 2026
The present Conditions and/or Legal Notices constitute an informational translation of the original Conditions and Legal Notices drafted in the French language, which are the only versions that are legally binding. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation, the French version shall prevail. This translation is provided for information purposes only, without any guarantee of complete accuracy, and is based on the legal framework applicable to the international headquarters of ZEUS Limousine, located in France. 1. Purpose - ZEUS Limousine General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define the terms applicable to premium chauffeur-driven transport services (transfers, hourly services, bespoke services) offered by ZEUS Limousine, bookable in particular via the website https://zeus-limousine.com/ or through any other authorized booking channel.
2. Service provider identification
ZEUS Limousine (hereinafter 'the Provider') operates a chauffeur-driven transport service. Full legal information (company name, registered office, registration, contact details) is available on https://zeus-limousine.com/ and/or provided upon request. In case of discrepancy, the information appearing on the Provider's commercial documents shall prevail.
3. Definitions
Client: any natural or legal person booking a service. Passenger: any transported person. Booking: order validated by the Provider. Hourly service: service billed by the hour or half-day/day. Transfer: service between point A and point B. Price: total amount incl. VAT (unless explicitly stated excl. VAT).
4. Scope - Acceptance
These GTCS apply to all services provided by ZEUS Limousine. Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of the GTCS. The Client declares to be legally authorized to contract and, where applicable, to act on behalf of the Passenger or their company.
5. Booking - Confirmation - Service voucher
Bookings can be made via https://zeus-limousine.com/, by phone, email, or through an authorized partner. A booking is deemed confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation (booking number, email, SMS, or equivalent document). The Client must verify all information (date, time, locations, contact details) and report any error without delay.
6. Prices - Quotes - Additional charges
Prices are communicated at the time of booking or via quotation. They may include, as applicable: chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, tolls, parking, standard waiting time. Additional charges may apply (extended waiting time, changes, stops, unforeseen tolls/parking, night hours, specific requests, exceptional cleaning). Any surcharge is justified and, where possible, announced prior to execution.
7. Payment terms - Invoicing
Payment may be required at booking, before service, or after service depending on agreed terms (card, transfer, payment link, partner account). Invoices are sent to the Client electronically unless otherwise requested. In case of late payment, penalties and collection fees may apply in accordance with applicable regulations.
8. Cancellation - Withdrawal - No-show
Any cancellation must be notified as soon as possible. Unless specific conditions are stated in the quote/confirmation, cancellation fees may apply depending on notice period (late cancellation, events, hourly services, peak periods). In the event of Passenger no-show or lack of contact after the waiting time, the service may be charged in whole or in part.
9. Waiting time - Delays - Flights and trains
For airport/train station pickups, the Client must provide accurate information (flight/train number, origin, time). Included waiting time, where applicable, is specified at booking. Beyond this, waiting time is chargeable. Delays caused by incomplete information, lack of communication, or constraints imposed by third parties (customs, security checks, luggage handling) may impact schedule and pricing.
10. Client and Passenger obligations
The Client agrees to provide accurate information, comply with the chauffeur's instructions and applicable regulations (seatbelt, behavior, safety). Any dangerous, disrespectful or illegal behavior may result in immediate termination of the service without refund. The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or equipment by themselves or the Passengers.
11. Luggage - Personal belongings - Lost items
The Client must specify luggage volume and special requirements (child seat, equipment, animals, etc.) at booking. Personal belongings remain under the responsibility of the Client and Passengers. In case of forgotten items, ZEUS Limousine may offer return or recovery subject to availability, with possible charges for handling and travel.
12. Transport conditions - Children - Animals
Children must be transported in compliance with applicable regulations (appropriate child seat). The Client must indicate the need for baby/child seats. Transport of animals may be accepted under conditions (type, size, carrier, protections) and must be declared in advance. Any non-compliance may result in refusal of service for safety or hygiene reasons.
13. Service execution - Subcontracting
ZEUS Limousine implements all necessary means to perform the service under agreed conditions. The Provider may, if necessary, use a partner or subcontractor (chauffeur/company) offering equivalent guarantees of quality and compliance. The Client will be informed whenever possible.
14. Liability - Limitations - Traffic conditions
ZEUS Limousine shall not be held liable for delays due to external circumstances (traffic, accidents, weather, inspections, events, administrative decisions, strikes). The Client is advised to allow a reasonable buffer for critical commitments (flights, meetings). In any case, liability is limited to the amounts actually paid for the concerned service, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
15. Personal data - Confidentiality
Data required for booking processing (identity, contact, journeys) are used solely for service execution, client management and security. ZEUS Limousine applies confidentiality measures appropriate to premium services. Information regarding individual rights (access, rectification, deletion) is detailed on https://zeus-limousine.com/.
16. Intellectual property - Website content
Content, trademarks, texts, visuals and elements present on https://zeus-limousine.com/ are protected and remain the property of their respective owners. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained.
17. Complaints - Customer service - Mediation
Any complaint must be submitted as soon as possible, referencing the booking number and relevant details. The Provider favors amicable resolution. 18. Applicable law - Amendments to the GTCS
These GTCS are governed by the law applicable at the Provider's place of establishment, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
